Everything starts with a dot ...
I can’t think without drawing it out. So, I always start with a dot ...
a what-if ... a silly thought that I eventually take seriously. If I connect enough of them, lines start to form and give my ideas a shape.
If I'm lucky, I'll get to create something that people can connect with, which is why I can't ignore the fact that everything starts with a
drop of thought.
Hi, I'm Patrick
Long story short, I was born in the Philippines, I grew up in the U.A.E., and I'm figuring out the rest in Canada.
I am a multimedia artist, and I fuse my love for
to tell stories and create content that I hope people can interact and connect with.
Check out my art and work below, and let's find a way to create something together.

My (professional) bag of tricks
I'm completely addicted (I may need to seek professional help) to difficult problems and puzzles. If it challenges my ability to use my design and storytelling skills to creatively solve a problem, count me in.
I suppose that's why I've been designing and developing training and learning experiences for companies for 10+ years. I've had the privilege of working for companies such as ICOM Productions, Shaw Communications (prior to Rogers acquisition) and ATB Financial, where I have acquired and continue to grow my bag of tricks.

My art playground
Stories take the lead in my art, like a dancing partner (I just want to state that I can't dance to save my life). My job is to I simply follow and hold on until it decides the medium that it wants to take shape as. While you will djkajflkasdjdfklas
"where they play" (2024 - my first solo show)
I've never been camping, but I've always liked the storytelling-aspect of a campfire. This show explored the idea of "what if stories could tell stories?", in which paintings sat in a circle around a campfire. If we wanted to, we could join them.

One year of drawing: 3rd attempt(2020)
You read that correctly..."3rd attempt". I seem to do well in the first few months and it usually dies down after 6 months. Who knows? Maybe 4th time is the charm when I try it again?
